first off im not tryin to start any problems so i will NOT be naming names. however i have noticed that a few of the limad users are a tad power abusive. not giving any kinds of warnings... just CRASHER BAN... then removing the player. after reading the terms on your site i dont believe this is correct.
i have also noticed that they seem to feel that the profanity filter does not apply to them cause they are admin. this is not true. the profanity filter is ESPECIALLY for the admins. how else can you set an example that people will follow.
again this is not to start problems only to inspire a more rule abiding community environment.

I think most of them never had limad rights before, and no one really tells them what they can and what they can't do with those rights. Quite a few bans on the demo server are short reaction bans because those limads thinks that one single mistake is worth to ban the supposed crasher. They act mostly from the cockpit view to decide which isn't the best perspective to decide if it was an accident or an obvious crash. But still in general the most bans are really justified, but without a replay it is really hard to justice.

Sirs, I am a member of LFS and I was racing on your new server "Genuine GTI" at approximately 7PM eastern time USA. I was driven off the track several times by a member named Nafanya. He did this to show me that he did not like my driving and that he was in control, as his car is faster than all others, he was mean and unrepentant when I chatted with him. There was contact previous to his taking the position of Policeman/Bully/Intimidator. I am 62 years old and I know that this sight is fraught with good and bad, but his acts were premeditated, multiple and over the top, much worse than the occasional crasher as he knows better. He thinks this new site is for perfectionist, I am under the impression that it is here for fun and enjoyment. I tried to reason with him but he was nasty and unrepentant, I do not know how to copy video or chat but I would like to feel that I can race on your site and not have to look in my mirror to see if he is going to ram me and ruin my time on your server. We deal with the issue of on-line bullying here in North America, and I am not adverse to seeking legal remedies if his behavior persist. I will thank you in advance for addressing this issue, Mario A. Smith

First, thanks for your responses. Concerning too eager admins/limads, it is always a problem. I believe we have 90% of cool guys who do great job. But indeed no one should be banned for simple mistake, unless he's causing big troubles. Clear crashers do not need any kind of warning, simple ban is best. Using bad language by limads/members is also wrong, indeed they should be the ones showing this is not tolerated. But saying generally that there are some doing bad job does not really help me. Do not be afraid and use the names. I do not act based on one report, but when there's more complains and they repeat, stripping such a guy of his rights is the way to go. It happened just recently, it may happen again.
Rhygin, it is very sad, what you report. Note that Nafanya is not an admin/limad/member, just a regular user. But the Genuine demo servers were created for guys that proved themselves with reasonable lap time and good safety rating. That's why voting is not allowed there. It is supposed that only at least intermediate drivers can join races there. So it is really sad there were problems right the 1st day after launch. You really should have saved a replay (by typing 2 and specifying a filename) and upload it somewhere (from your LFS\data\mpr folder). Whoever can join the Genuine races has the right to race and no one will be pushing him around...
